I'm not sure where I've been for the last few years, but I just recently started hearing about The 39 Clues 1 to 10 Books Set Collection plus 2 Packs of Game Card (The Maze of Bones, One False Note, The Sword Thief, Beyond The Grave, The Black Circle, In Too Deep, The Viper's Nest, The Emperor's code, Strom Warning, Into the Gauntlet)!! I spotted this book in my ten year old nephew's collection and started asking about it. It turns out my best friend bought her 8 year old daughter the entire set for Christmas. My Godson reads them as well! I stole #4 from my nephew and am excited to go back to the beginning of the series. Amy and Dan are siblings that get the choice of inheriting one million dollars from their grandmother or a clue that leads to being the most powerful people in the world. Of course they choose the latter and so the adventures begin. They travel through countries, searching for clues, dodging other relatives trying to interfere and teach us a bunch of historical facts about the world around us. What I like about this series is the fact that each book is written by a different author. My hope is that these kids will show interest in the authors of books written in the series and READ MORE!! Whether you read a few or all ten, solve all of the riddles on the included game cards or jump into the excitement online, don't pass on The 39 Clues!! You'll be sorry!

The 39 Clues
